Larger pads are more for days 3 – 5 of heavier flow from made from cotton and bamboo fleece.

Size to suit girls 12 and under, small pad is suited as a liner/regular pad and the larger pad as a regular for more coverage when worn

Soak first in cold water then add to your colour washing hanging out in sun to dry thoroughly
