Size designed to suit girls 9 yo to 12 yo, as a large pad for heavy flow. For ladies could be worn on light to regular days of flow.
Fabric is 100% cotton flannel with Zorb core and softshell waterproof backing 18 cm long

Soak first in cold water then add to your colour washing hanging out in sun to dry thoroughly if possible. Please do not place in dryer.
