Smaller pads are more absorbent for the 1-2 days of light to medium flow.
Larger pads are made for the heavier days 3-5 of your flow.
Pads are from made from cotton and bamboo fleece with PUL backing.

Size to suit girls 9 yo to 12 yo, small pad is suited as a regular pad and the larger pad as a regular for more coverage when worn

Soak first in cold water then add to your colour washing hanging out in sun to dry thoroughly if possible. Please do not place in dryer.
