Smaller pads are more suitable for day wear when period is expected, light-medium flow.
Larger pads are more suitable 2-5 days.
Pads are made from cotton flannelette and bamboo/cotton blend. Both with PUL backing.

Size to suit girls 9yo – 12yo, small pad is suited as a liner pad and the larger pad as a heavy for more coverage and absorbency when worn

Soak first in cold water then add to your colour washing hanging out in sun to dry thoroughly
